PALMER VEGAN SUEDE JACKET

This is the piece for that in between moment when a blazer feels too formal and a cardigan does not feel substantial enough. The soft suede texture gives it the presence of a jacket, but the easy shirt like shape means you can leave it on through lunch, dinner or a full day at the office. The heavy soft wash gives it a worn in look from the first wear, so it feels less like a precious outer layer and more like something you will actually reach for. It is especially good at taking very simple outfits and making them look deliberate.

Style It Three Ways

Make Your Jeans Feel New: Wear it over a striped tee with straight leg denim and loafers. It changes the feel of pieces you probably already own without requiring a completely new outfit.

Take the Office Out of Your Trousers: Pair it with tailored trousers, a simple crew neck knit and flats. The suede softens the sharper pieces and makes them easier to wear outside of work.

Give a Dress More Mileage: Layer it over a simple knit or column dress with boots. The structured shape adds definition and gives you another way to wear a dress that might otherwise feel too bare on its own.

The LORDON Styling Note

Use texture the same way you would use colour or pattern. If the outfit feels flat, adding suede can be enough to change it. This jacket works particularly well with smoother fabrics like denim, cotton, fine knits and tailored trousers because the contrast makes even a very simple outfit look more layered and considered.

Why You Will Reach For It

It works indoors as easily as it does outside.

It gives you the structure of a jacket without the formality of a blazer.

It makes simple basics look more intentional.

The soft washed finish means it does not feel too precious for everyday wear.
