Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you order. If something is not quite right, eligible items may be returned through our self-serve return portal for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Shipped Orders
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that in-store returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
In-Store Pickup Orders
Items picked up in store may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached. Please note that refunds are not available for in-store pickup orders.
Please note that day of purchase refers to the date your order is ready for pickup, not the date it is collected in store.

Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items purchased using a discount code
- Jewelry
- Self-care products
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Hosiery
Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned until January 8 of the following year.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of placement. Once shipped, estimated delivery times within Canada are 3 to 7 business days. Delivery to the United States may take 7 to 14 business days depending on location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 within North America. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate of $12.
Please note that any duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned packages from the United States will be deducted from the final refund amount.
