Description

The skirt that makes any sweater or shirt feel a little more dressed up. The lace inserts and sweeping length give it enough impact to transform a very simple top, which means you do not need to own a collection of special occasion pieces to make it work. Put it with the fitted knit you already wear, add a heel or boot, and suddenly you have somewhere to go. It gives you drama without requiring the effort of a dress.

WEAR IT 3 WAYS

Dinner Reservation: Pair it with a simple fitted knit and pointed boots. The skirt provides all the detail, so the top can be something you already wear regularly.

Make a Tee Work at Night: Tuck in a clean crew neck tee, add a blazer and heeled sandals. Mixing something very everyday with the lace makes the skirt feel less formal and far more wearable.

Holiday or Event: Wear it with a fine knit, statement earrings and a heel. You get the impact of an occasion outfit while still wearing separates you can use again.

THE LORDON Styling Note

When the bottom half of an outfit has movement, lace and detail, resist the urge to add more everywhere else. A clean neckline and simple top will actually make the skirt look more expensive because your eye has somewhere to rest. This is also what allows you to bring it out for more than formal occasions.
