Description

This is the skirt that gives all those simple sweaters and knits in your closet somewhere better to go. The soft satin drape brings movement to an outfit without making it feel overly formal, so you can wear it with a chunky knit for lunch, a fitted sweater for dinner or a tee and cardigan when you want to bring it into daytime. And when the occasion calls for more, the matching Celine cami turns it into a complete look in seconds.

WEAR IT 3 WAYS

Make a Chunky Sweater Feel Lighter Wear it with a substantial knit and ankle boots. The contrast between the soft skirt and heavier sweater gives both pieces a completely different feel.

Take It Into Daytime Pair it with a simple tee, cardigan and loafers. Treating the skirt casually makes it far more useful than saving it only for dinners and events.

When You Need Something Special Add the matching Celine cami with a heel and jewellery. It gives you the impact of a dress while still allowing you to rewear both pieces separately later.

THE LORDON Styling Note

The easiest way to get more use from satin is to stop treating it as occasion fabric. Pair it with textures that feel familiar, like knitwear, cotton, suede or denim. That contrast is what takes the skirt from something you wear twice a year to something you actually look forward to styling.
