RETURN POLICY

For a return form please email info@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, any returns done in store are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

In store pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for in store pickup.

In store purchases: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for in store purchases. 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code. 
  • All jewelry
  • Self care products
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Hosiery

*Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned until January 8 the following year.
