ONLINE RETURN POLICY

For a return form please email kate@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local delivery: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving. Please email kate@shoplordon.com and we will arrange a pickup, free of charge.

Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale.

All jewelry is final sale.

*Please note all returned items are handled with care and are placed in quarantine for 72 hours before returning to the website. We are taking this very seriously and are taking all necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.
