Return Policy

For a return form please email kate@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local delivery: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of receiving. Please call 696-9266 for a drop off arrangement. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Local Pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. In store purchases: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for in store purchases. 

Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale.

*Please note all returned items are steamed and then placed in quarantine for 24 hours before returning to the website/store front. We are taking this very seriously and are taking all necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.
