Holiday Return Policy

For a return form please email info@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. Gift purchases are to be returned by January 3rd, 2022 for an online store credit. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, any returns done in store are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

Curbside Pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit or exchange. Items must be returned to the store by January 3rd, 2022. Please call 696-9266 for a drop off arrangement. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for curbside pickup.

Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale.
