RETURN POLICY

For a return form please email info@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, any returns done in store are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

In store pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. We do not offer refunds for in store pickup.

In store purchases: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for in store purchases. 

The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code. 
  • All jewelry
  • Self care products
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Hosiery

*Holiday Return Policy: Items purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned until January 8 the following year.
