With Covid restrictions rolling back across Canada we can't wait to enjoy all of the summer activities we missed out on last year. To help out with any outfit anxiety, our Lordon girls Olivia and Lauren have styled their picks for each summer event scroll down for the inspo!
What would you wear to a... Backyard BBQ
Olivia: I like to prioritize style and comfort for an event like a barbecue and would wear a pair of straight leg denim with a colourful loose fitting tank top. For accessories, I would add some dainty jewelry and pop on a comfy pair of white sneakers to tie off the look.
Lauren: My go to style for a backyard barbecue would be a neutral look with a simple flowy dress. I would dress it down with a pair of hightop sneakers and a crossbody bag.
What would you wear for a... Boat Day
Olivia: For a boat day I would wear a pair of loose and lightweight denim with a comfy tee and white sneakers. I would also add a sun hat to the look to keep the sun off of your face.
Lauren: Comfort is a priority for boat days and my go to comfy pant are the marrakech pants, which I would pair with an oversized chunky knit sweater that could easily be thrown over a bathing suit. Sunglasses are also a must on a boat day and I would add a sunglass chain so you don't lose the shades in the wind.
What are you wearing for... Patio Season
Olivia: The most important part about a patio season look is that it is transitional into a night look. I personally love the leather shorts trend for summer and think it is perfect for patio season. I would pair the shorts with a loose detailed blouse and bold accessories that could be worn day and night.
Lauren: I love wearing a comfortable jean for patio season and would choose a lighter denim for a more summery look. I'd pair the jeans with a flowy cropped top, add layered necklaces to accessorize, and a pair of sunglasses to add to the outfit.
