New Procedures (COVID-19)

Now that we are now open to the public (yay!) we wanted to share how we are currently operating. These protocols were put in place to ensure the safety of our customers and staff as a whole:

1. Online Orders

We are continuing to offer free shipping on orders over $50, free next day delivery for the Saint John and KV area, and curbside pick-up.

2. Store Hours

Our current limited hours are 11-5 Monday through Saturday to allow for deep cleaning before and after opening. Our social media pages (@SHOPLORDON) will be up to date with any changes to hours.

3. Mask Requirement

Masks are required, for not only customers but staff members as well. This ensures that both parties are protected.

4. In store shopping

 

We allow customers to touch the clothing as hand sanitizing is required upon entrance. Gloves will be provided if customers would like to get handsy with any other items. Why? It is difficult for us to sanitize jewelry and other small items so we require gloves be worn before touching.

Why are we allowing customers to touch clothing and not other items? This is because the virus cannot live on fabric for a long period of time and we are able to sanitize clothing... it is not possible to sanitize other items.

Trying on merchandise:

YES, we are allowing customers to try on clothing. Every single item that is brought into the changing room is steamed afterwards and placed in quarantine for 12 hours before hitting the floor again. This ensures all potential germs are eliminated before the items return to the store front.

5. Returns

For all online returns form please email kate@shoplordon.com. Items shipped without a return form will not be accepted. 

Shipped Items: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Local delivery: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of receiving. Please call 696-9266 for a drop off arrangement. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Local Pickup: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund. Items must be returned to the store within 7 days of the date of purchase. Please call 696-9266 for a drop off arrangement. Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for a return.

In store purchases: Items in original condition (unworn/unused) with tags attached may be returned for a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for in store purchases. 

Any items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale.

All jewelry is final sale.

All Self care products are final sale.

*Please note all returned items are steamed and then placed in quarantine for 12 hours before returning to the website/store front. We are taking this very seriously and are taking all necessary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy.
